Visiting Hours for Hospitalized Pets

We welcome families to visit their hospitalized pets during the following times:

  • Tues, Thurs: 5 pm to 7 pm

Our veterinarians will provide a daily update regarding your pet’s condition, progress, and any medical procedures performed throughout their stay. These updates will be given via phone call or text message, or during visiting hours, unless an extraordinary situation occurs.

Important: No patient updates will be provided at night. Saturday has no visiting hour, updates will be provided via text or phone call.

What to Expect from Pet Hospitalization

Hospitalization may be needed for pets experiencing emergencies, undergoing complex procedures, or suffering from conditions requiring fluid therapy, IV medications, oxygen support, or observation. We provide:

  • Daytime hospitalization at both of our locations
  • On-site diagnostics, including bloodwork and imaging
  • Oxygen cages and IV pump management
  • Pain management and compassionate care
  • Personalized treatment plans and updates

Hospitalization is offered during business hours as well as after hours, with cases stabilized and discharged as needed. After hours, we continue to monitor hospitalized patients via 24/7 cameras at our facilities. In extreme circumstances, we may refer to emergency hospitals as your pet requires.
